We are the Kulathinal family — a second-generation rubber estate management enterprise proudly rooted in the fertile lands of Dakshina Kannada. Since the 1960s, our family has been walking rubber estates, understanding the soil, reading the seasons, and delivering consistent yields for plantation owners across the region.

Rubber Plantation On Lease

We take rubber plantations on lease for a minimum period of 5 years, providing end-to-end estate management so owners get consistent returns without the hassle.

  • Minimum 5-year lease period

Prices for services are provided upon personal consultation and physical inspection of the plantation. Market price indicators (RSS4, RSS5, and other rubber grades) displayed on our website are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to daily market fluctuations. They do not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of return.

Clause 3

Professional Liability

While Kulathinal Rubber Traders applies industry-standard best practices — including the monthly care plans, fertilisation schedules, and pest management procedures documented on this site — we are not liable for yield outcomes arising from natural disasters, extreme weather events, plant disease epidemics, or any cause beyond our reasonable operational control. Force majeure conditions will be addressed transparently with each plantation owner on a case-by-case basis.
